Cancellation Before Dispatch  

• Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement or before shipment, whichever happens first.  
• To request a cancellation, contact our customer support team via email.  
• Approved cancellations will be refunded in full to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.    
   

Orders Already Shipped  

• Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation requests cannot be accommodated.  
• You may, however, initiate a return after delivery according to our Return & Refund Policy.    
   

Modifying Orders  

• Changes to items or delivery addresses are not allowed after an order is placed.  

To modify an order:     

• Cancel the existing order (if eligible).  
• Place a new order with the correct details.
