Return Eligibility    
To be eligible for a return:  

  • Items must remain unused, unwashed, and in their original condition, including all tags, labels, and packaging.  
  • All original tags, labels, and packaging must be included with the return.  
  • Products that have been worn, washed, or altered in any way are not eligible.  
  • Return requests must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery through our customer support team.  
  • Items that do not meet these requirements will not be accepted for return.    
     

How to Initiate a Return  

  • Submit Your Request: Email your return request, including Order ID and reason for return, to groverinfomaticprivatelimited@gmail.com.  
  • Provide Proof: For defective, damaged, or incorrect items, attach clear photographs to speed up processing.  
  • Follow Instructions: Once approved, we will provide step-by-step guidance to complete the return.  

Note: Returns that do not meet the stated conditions may be declined at our discretion.    

Refund Process & Timeline  

  • Returned items are inspected to verify compliance with return eligibility criteria.  
  • You will be notified whether your refund is approved or denied.  
  • Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.  
  • A confirmation email is sent once the refund is successfully completed.    
     

Partial Refunds    
If a returned item partially meets return criteria (e.g., minor damage or missing packaging), a partial refund may be issued at our discretion.
